Phyladelphia July 30 1698

Sr

Some time since I left Blackleaches, and Clarks bonds, with Collector Quarry
and haue his receipt from them, he is ready to produce them, when he finds an
Atturney Generall appointed by you to prosecute them to effect, or soner
will put them into your hands, when you are by his Majesties order in Councill
approved an dallowed off, to be the Governor of this Province
, as by the act
for preuenting ffrauds in the Plantacion trade is Enacted, and not till then.

I desire when those Bonds are prosecuted, that the bond of the Master
of Gustavus Hamilton's vessell who loaded Tobacco in your Government
about 2 or 3 years agoe; may be likewise prosecuted, I shall not forgett a
copy of the Judgment upon D, Harts bond, I am
