State of Mr. Guy's case

Charles Atkinson Esquire late secretary to
Sr Thomas Linch and my Lord Vaughan,
did before hee left England borrow 50li of
Mr William Atkinson by a note, vnder his
hand; Henry Guy ^ Esquire by the death of the
sai William Atkinson become [illegible] Intituled
to that 50li, as heire to all the estate of the
said William Atkinson both reall & personall,
by a deed of self[illegible] by the said William
Atkinson.

The note of Charles Atkinson, with all
other circumstances necessary to bee done by
Henry Guy, were accordingly done by a pub=
lique notary, & sent over to Sr Henry
Morgan by Mr Byndloe about a yeare
ago.
