Extract of a Letter from Mr Wilson
Naval officer of Jamaica: to
Mr Blathwaye.

Inclosed is my accounts of shipping fer the
Last six months; when I sent my last
accounts I advised how I found the navall
office & desired furher Instructions in
giving accounts home, for I found only
Loose papers, so I now make returns as
I did five years past when I was then in
the same office, Inclosed is what I
wrote to his Excellencey I sent the Originall
before by his Order & I desire you to
advise the Comissioner of the Customes to send
me copies of their former Orders & Methods
in the Accounts they desire
