Sir.

Sometime past I writt you an account
of a mortal Fever which had got amongst us
it is now gone; after killing in three months
time 767 of the Inhabitants, which is double
to what the great Plague in London destroy'd
computing the Numbers of the People there
& here. I haveing not reciev'd any Commands
from the Lords in relation to what I formerly
writt about; do now presume to write again
with hopes that theire Lordships will take this
Colony into their thoughts. And do repeat my
preier to you for your favour. I hear my
salary was post=pon'd which I suppose would
not have been, if the meaness of my
Perquisits were known. I beg your directions
and favour to me, tho' I am but in an ill condi
tion to engage your kindness. but I pray conclude
me Sensible of my Obligations, which shall upon
all occasions be demonstrated by

Sir Your most obliged & most
humble Servant
Isaac Richier
