I observe what your Excellency writes of
the [illegible] endeavors of Mr. Addington
to disturb their Majesties government
and oppose under your care but as The alteration
that is otherwise necessary might may
not ^ perhaps in respect to the great affair of Canada
be altogether so very seasonable I postpone
the doing anything of that kind till
I hear further from your Excellency. I shall
attend His Majesty again this year into
flanders.
