Honored Sir
I presume to give the honour an account that
this conveyance brings you my two first Quarters
accounts of the Revenue of this Province Audited
by the Deputy Collonell De Peyster - The other
two Quarters ending 25 December. 1701
are ready and will be Audited & sent by
the next conveyance together with Duplicates
of these two quarters ending 25 June 1701
your honour will find when you haue received
the whole charge & discharge of this year
that the revenue hath not suffer'd by my
management but that it exceeds the last
year altho the additionall duty was expir'd
which usually amounted to 1000 per annum
I should esteem it the happiest accident of
my Life which should give me an oppertunity
of expressing the Deepest respects for your honour
in admitting me to be
Honoured Sir
your most obedient humble servant
