Virginia October: the 23d: 1710

Honorable Sr

I have here inclosed an Account of
all the auditors Salary for what accompts
hath Passed in Councill Since I have been
concerned. have here inclosed my bills on
Mr Lee for the ballance if I had received the money
of Mr. Byrd should not have delayed
sending your part. Tobacco being so low
in price is the Occasion of the Lessening that
revenue, the People generally at this time
being greatly in debt. occasions few or no
buyers without Tobacco mends in price it will
grow worse, rather than better.

Shall use my Utmost endeavour to serve
her Majesties Intrest therein.

the last years Account of Quit rents and the
Two Shillings per hogshead are not
yet Passed.

to remitt them to you per the first
oppertunity. and take leave to Remaine
