Honored Sir

The Generall Assembly of
this their Maesties Dominion haveing made
an humble Address to their Sacred Majesties
for a Grant to Erect a Free Schoole or
Colledge in this Country, and Mr. James
Blair the bearer hereof being appointed
humbly to present the said Address to
their Majesties and to Sollicite the procureing
the said Grant, Myselfe and the Councill
desire the favour of you, that you will
Continue your respects you have alwaies
showen to this Government, by
giveing your assistance and advise to
Mr. Blair whom wee have Ordered to
attend you, wherein you will Continue
to oblidge
