Sir

Yours in favour of Mr Neeks Commands my respects
and Service when he shall desire my friendship
what I have now to offer is and Assembly to meet
the 18th. of Aprill from whome hope good Effects,
for the Security of our Fronteer's and the Quota
of men from New Yorke as her Majesties Letter
directs Orders are issued for the Equiping a Small
Vessell to Cruise for Attacking of illegall Traders
Trade for some few private Interests, if our
Colledge has but some incouragement from the
house of Burgeses it will proceed more Vigorusly
it has all other Countenance that Can be desired
by the return of the Fleet must give you a farther
trouble therefore kiss your hands now & remaine
with great respect
