Jamaica Aprill 16 1688.

Sr

I received Yours of the 4th. of February: with the Prclamacion and ^ other Papers
relateing to Sr. Robert Holmes, and a List of the present Privy
Councill for which I thanke you, I need not acquaint you with any
thing of Concernment that here passes, for that comes to your
Knowledge of Course, but if you will take the Trouble to Compare
the Minutes of the Councill, and those of the Assembly especi=
ally towards the Latter end, thy will give you some diversion,
when any thing new happens, I desire you will make it
knowne to me, which will Oblidge

your affectionate friend
to serve you,

is now pass'd
