JulyL 17th: 1692.

Sr.

Their Majesties haue Men of Warr in the Capes, at New York
& New England. I beleiue it would be of great service to their
Majesties if I was appointed to muster the men aboard
Every ship when euer I came where they be at an
Anchor which will not (as I think) prejudice my
other busines. I am Sr Yours Edward Randolph
